We are now officially licensed to be foster parents! It has been a stressful few months trying to get ready but now it is done, over, and such a relief! Thank you so much to my mom and my sister who helped me get my house organized! I couldn't have done it with out you! Now we just wait....................We have done a lot of waiting in the last six years but I think this waiting will pay of. I just wish I knew how long of a wait it will be! Wish us luck!

So haven't posted since June. My life just is so ....................................... I don't know. Anyway Brandon started his new job Sep. 19th and loves it. We have been busy getting our house ready to do foster care. There is always something that needs to be done or somewhere to go so life is just busy. I am so not ready for it to be this time of year. soon the yucky snow will cover the ground and make roads stressful to drive on and skies gloomy and grey. Sad is what it turns into. I love the autumn leaves and the season! But I despise the cold dreariness of winter. I am trying desperately to make myself want to do something and enjoy something but it just isn't happening. Maybe after I turn thirty! Well enjoy the last of the warmish weather!

Once again I have saved a bunch of things to blog about all together in one glob! So here it is Enjoy!!

This is Mr. Darcy. He comes around our porch every once in a while for a visit!

I So want it to be spring! I Can't wait for the snow to melt and the sun to shine! I can't wait for the flowers to start blooming and little babies to be born! I Love Spring! So the other day I bought these to bring spring to my house a little bit sooner!

I have been wondering about the toothbrush situation here for a while! Mine is the one on the left "B's" is the one on the right. We started to use these at the same time! What has happened I'm not sure. I have a couple of theory's.One: He doesn't really use his toothbrush. When we first got them he got confused as to which was his! So I think he has continued to use mine. Two people using the same tooth brush would do this kind of damage right?! Theory two: I brush way more aggressively than he does (I admit this is probably the case!) So does that mean my teeth are getting too much love or his are not getting enuf? I leave it to you to decide!

A friend of mine called the other night and asked if I would make her an apron and a small mini apron to give away at her cake class she was teaching. Here they are! I have done a ton of the small ones at Christmas time but I gotta say I like the non-Christmas ones!

For Valentines Day (Ya I know Way behind on blogging!) We had "B's"Parents and brother and sister in-law over for dinner. I wanted to use my cool chargers and decorate all fun! I love to Throw a themed party or dinner! It is so fun to decorate! Here are a few Pictures!

The Weekend Before Valentines we went out to a BYU basketball Game With "B's" Brother and his wife. We had a really good time despite the cramped seating and big sign holders in front of us!

Random thoughts for the week!

Last weekend I got to spend the day with two of my very best friends! We had such a great day shopping, eating, talking, laughing and shopping! I am so grateful to have such great women in my life! Thanks girls for such a great day! I love you both. I know that My father in heaven sent you to me to help me through these trying times!

This week end also marked two years since we lost our little peanut! It is always a bit hard to look back and think about what could have been! I guess I am trying to look forward to what can and hopefully will be! So in memory of this little peanut who was only with us a very short time..... we love you and are moving forward!

This weekend we also celebrated Lizzee's 2 year anniversary as part of our family. After we lost the baby I was so devastated. I just needed something to love and nurture that I knew wouldn't die. We bought Lizzy the day after and have been so so so glad ever since! She brightens each day! Who knew such a small one of heavenly fathers creations could bring such happiness!

Blinds!

We have been in desperate need of blinds in our bedroom since we moved in! We bought white curtain!

(which I still Love) Problem is at night when it's dark outside and the light is on, you can see whatever is going on through the windows! Not good! I always had to be very careful! Now we have blinds and it will be so nice not to worry about putting on a show for the neighbors!

We decided we needed a treadmill to help us loose a few pounds! I have never been this excited to run (walk very fast) before! I can't wait to get on and run (walk very fast) my bum off! Literally! It has a dock for my ipod so i can run(walk very fast) and sing my guts out! If I can loose a bit of weight I can feel better about myself and help out with the PCOS/infertility! I can't wait Until it is up and running!Thanks to my good brother for helping me get it in the house and up the stairs! Now I am off to see if I can follow instructions and put it together! We been planning to have a yard sale with our neighbors for a while now. Yesterday was the day. We had it from 8-12. We did pretty good and only ended up sending a few things to DI afterwards. WE would have done better except that I kept buying stuff from the other families we were doing the yard sale with! Including this bike! I paid $50 for it! It still has the tags on the front wheel! I was looking at these at when we bought B's new bike and I wanted one really badly! I was so very excited to see it there just waiting for me! So we added my old bike to the yard sale and got this one!

Yesterday I got in the mood to do some refurbishing! I am always collecting frames to add to my wall but never seem to get them painted and hung. So Yesterday while I was painting my cute little cupboard I did some more frames and expanded my wall!

I have been trying to find things like this at DI forever. My mom has all kinds of cute things hanging on her walls and sitting in her house. I Love them. I was very excited to find this! It was a yellow kind of color when I got it so I painted it black and added the star! I LOVE IT! I also Finally gave in and colored my hair my self. I didn't want to but I needed a new change! I had mom give my a cure new cut this week and it needed some new color!

So I am taking a cake decorating class with My sister in-law Jessica and B's cousin and one of my really good friends Savannah. We had sooooo much fun! I can't hardly wait for next weeks class! This week we learned how to make frosting, fill cupcakes with yummy filling, frost cupcakes, frost a cake, how to write on the cake and how to do a shell border. I forgot to get a picture of my practice board before a cleaned it off, but it was ton's of fun! Our teacher does drawings! I love them but have rotten luck! This week changed that a little. I won the cupcakes we decorated!I look like I have eaten a whole dozen cupcakes in these pictures! But I havn't even eaten one yet!

So I have wanted my room to be done for some time. SO I finally decided to paint! I love it! It turned out to be exactly what I wanted. I am going for a beachy feel in my room. I know two Blogs in one week! Amazing! Last Saturday I had a New Moon DVD release party! We had a lot of fun. We squeezed 10 women, 3 babies, and my very silly dog into my living room! My weekend Projects!

So this weekend I got a perm! I have been sick to death of my hair and when mom said "do you want a perm?" I said "Ya" ! Well it turned out to be very curly!What can I say my hair takes curl well! I am having trouble taming it so Sat Morning when Brandon and I were in the office/sewing room I decided to make a head band to calm my new doo! It turned out pretty cute if you ask me!

The Next project was Doughnuts! I had been craving them so I talked Brandon and Andy

helping me! It took us about four hours. The recipe said it made 18 so we made two batches. We ended up with more than 60 plus holes! Guess the recipe was wrong!

Well I am not really good at blogging! I want to be and I imagine myself writing amazingly entertaining posts people would love to read......but alas I can't! So I will Just keep doing what I have been doing and at least it will be entertaining to me ! Things this new year are going good. We decided to be irresponsible and spend some of our tax refund for a trip. We are going on a Baja Mexico Cruise! I am soooo excited! It is six wonderful nights! We will be gone for our fourth anniversary March tenth. It is going to be great to spend some time somewhere wonderful with my sweet husband. It has been a bit stressful lately with all of the Fertility stuffs we have been doing! This is our ship! The Carnival Elation! I am definitely elated !

Speaking of fertility....we are once again on the upside hoping and praying for our miracle. I never new it was so stressful to wake up every morning and take your temp. It really stinks! I always wonder if I am doing it right or if things are working the way they are supposed to. But we will keep on trekking. I know the lord has a plan for us and that it includes a baby somehow! Hope all is well with you all! Have a great day....week....month! Don't know when I will get a new blog done. I am just a bit of a procrastinator! BYE

So a few Christmas's ago I got a fiddle for Christmas ! I was so excited! I started taking lessons and was loving it then.... we moved! So there went the lessons. Every once in a while I pick it up and try to play some. Today was one of those times. It has been so long that it needed to be re tuned. I guess I turned the G a little to tight cuz it snapped! I yelled up the stairs to Brandon that my G string broke! After I thought about what had just come out of my mouth I understood why Andy, who was sitting in the recliner flipping threw channels next to me ,was cracking up. Needless to say Brandon also thought it was hilarious! So now I will have to Get a New G String! HE HE HE!

Yes I know this is a dog not a kid, but I have got to say I am eternally grateful for this "Dog"! Since we got her in January she has been a girls best friend. She is constant and faithful, sometimes to the point of irritation I admit! When I cry she is right there trying her very best to make me feel better. This includes licking my tears away which I don't like at all. I am amazed at how attached we are to Lizzee. She does the funniest things. Like Wanting to stay up and play with her Minnie instead of going to bed, and sitting right (and I mean on top of me right) by me sometimes. I never thought we would make it to a year and potty trained but looks like we did both! So I am saying Happy 1st Birthday Lizzee girl!

Liz Lemon Swindle

Today we woke up about fifteen min. AFTER we were supposed to be at church. B teaches Sunday school so we hurried to get dressed and make it for that. As I got dressed I contemplated not going at all.We had already missed sacrament meeting so why go? Finally I decided to just go. I am so glad that I didn't let the opposition win out. The relief society lesson was amazing!

The teacher asked us all to make a half circle with our chairs so we could be closer. Her lesson was on her testimony of the Savior. She shared this with us through scriptures and thoughts from all. One sister told a story of losing a baby girl just after she had been born, and there journey to her being sealed to their family. I guess I lost it a little. I was crying a little much so I went to the ladies room to get control of my tears. This sweet sister came to make sure I was OK. We talked and she Hugged me! I was so aware of my Heavenly fathers love at that moment. He knew I needed someone and sent to me one of his angels!

I have had such a hard time since my last miscarriage. It has been getting better and I know that my Heavenly Father has been watching over me. But sometimes it hits me all over again, and every time that happens he finds a way to let me know he is there and cares. How grateful I am for that. I Know I am not very good with words and making things sound the way they are in my mind,and I apologize for that. But I know God lives! He sent our Savior Jesus Christ to earth to make it possible for us to return to him. He knows me and loves me! He not only atoned for my many sins but also for the pain and heart aches that are in life. I am so grateful for this time of year when we can all celebrate his birth. Merry Christmas

New Moon! Yes again!

I loved the movie! Yes it was corny, not great acting and of course not as good as the book, but I really liked it none the less. We got to the theatre about ten thirty and waited another hour and a half. But it was really great seeing the variety of Twilight Saga fans. I am glad I went and can't wait to see it again!

We also went to The Dr. in the city. Nothing new really. More tests to be done and records to gather. He is checking everything for other reasons I could be having miscarriages before we try for a baby again. So We will just keep chugging along praying for our miracle!

Plus and also we finally have Internet ! So now I can rejoin blog land! Love to all !

Birthday Blues!

So I was very not excited for my Birthday this year. I told Brandon I didn't want to celebrate it and not to do anything. I was feeling sad about not having accomplished all that i had planned for this year and didn't want to be reminded another year had gone by. I know silly. I was shown a very generous outpouring of love Yesterday! So many people called, texted ( I am not sure that is a word)and blogged to me ! I am so grateful for all of you! Thank you for showing me I am loved and helping me get over myself! I am Grateful to be alive, to have the many blessings I have, and for amazing parents who brought me into this world 28 years ago and raised me to be the person I am! Thank you I love you! To all I recommend celebrating your special day to the fullest! And Last but not least Thank you to my amazing husband who loves me more than anything! I love you sweetheart!

NEW MOON!!!

So I am very excited as you can see to see this movie! I can't wait! We are going out to the city on the 20th for an appointment with the fertility specialist. So I thought what a great time to go see new moon in a better theatre!( not that i am not going to see it here 40 times to!) So Brandon got tickets for us to see the 12:05 show! Less then two weeks to go for two exciting things! I am excited to go to the doctor and get things going hopefully! Enjoy the start of this beautiful season! Chat with ya'll soon!

If Spring has Sprung has Fall has Fallen?

So once again it has been awhile! Ok a long while but what can I say I am un-motivated! Life has been a bit of a blur. The weeks pass before I know it and already it is October! I Really love this month! I love the wheather, the leaves and Halloween. Hence the picture! I saw this spider just chillin on my Halloween Decorations on my porch. I thought it was sooo cool there was a real live creepy spider for Halloween so I Left it there! I later realized that I am going to have to bring it in to pack it away for next year! So know I will have to dig thru my stuff to find and kill the creepy thing! Sooo..... some things going on for us. We went to a new Doctor in the city Dr. Kinghorn. We really liked her , she explained things to us and told us what might be the problem. She did some blood work and it seems I have what is called PCOS. Which is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
So now we go back to see the Doctor in November to see what the next step is. so I will keep you updated on what happens. Hope you all enjoy this fall wheather, some pumkin pie and lots of good times!

So I have been feeling crazy the last little while! I feel Like I am holding onto the last knot on the rope and it is coming undone! A very wise women suggested that I tie a new knot in the rope while holding on with my teeth! (Thanks mom) I realized life can only get better and I don't have to do any of it by my self. I am so grateful for my savior and his atonement. He is helping me to hold to the rope and start climbing. If I will just do the things my heavenly father asks I will never fall! What sweet relief! I guess that is one of the things the atonement is for!

Easter Eggs

I Love to dye Eggs !! That has always been one of my favorite things to do for Easter! Brandon and I dyed eggs this morning just the two of us. We had a really good time. I got a different kind of dye this year. It is called Dunk An Egg. It came with little plastic pop up cups that have the colors on them so then you know. The dye was amazing. It dyed them so they were deep colors not like the faded color we usually get! Brandon spent the majority of his time making his Brazil flag egg. I got into stripes and then put silly faces on them! They are my crazy little egg family. Hope everyone had/has a great and Happy Easter!!

I absolutely love Krispy Kreme doughnuts! They melt in your mouth and taste so good! I don't know if there is a doughnut on the planet that can compare...OK so maybe Salt Lake doughnuts ! I went to Provo this weekend for a mission reunion. When we came back we brought Laura and the boys home. I talked everyone into going to Krispy Kreme to get doughnuts Of course we had to have hats!

1- I used to hate onions... now I am starting to use them when I cook and sorta like it!

So we are getting moved into our new house. I can't believe what a relief it is to be here. I am doing things I haven't done in a long time or ever. I have been cooking things from scratch! It is so great to see all of my stuff again. It's like Christmas! So I have wanted a red wall forever and ever and here it is! It looks a little orange but it's not. It is so cute I love it! I have so much to do still but it will be so fun when it is all done!

Here is my new Puppy! The boys were at our house the other night while Katie was at the temple! Creed got into Lizzee's cage and didn't want to get out! I would try to open the cage, then he would scream snd say NOOOO!! (You now in that almost 2 year old way!) It was so funny so I just left him there! It was fun to have my busy little boys there for a visit!

So the time we have all been waiting for(me anyway) is finally here!! Twilight comes out tonight at midnight! I can not wait ! We are going to have a twilight party tomorrow night! Then I will watch it fifty million times after that!

Do you ever feel like there are so many things needing done and so many places you need to be that the only thing you can do is run around screaming?.......... Ya that's were I am! We closed on our house Mon. and then started moving Tue. We got to the new house and found a foot of water down in our crawl space! (this is were all my stuff to store is supposed to go) so we called the guy in charge. They sucked all the water out. Then hired professionals to dry it all out. So anyway we then moved everything in. but there are so many other things to do in example: clean the storage shed so we can get our cleaning deposit back, finish moving our stuffs from the trailer, clean the trailer, activity days for Kim, work for Brandon and unpack and organize the new house, and add to all this Lizzee who wants attention and wants to pee and poop all over everything (Almost) ! I think I will go crazy! It will all be worth it in the end but I refuse to move for at least five years! (This is our 7th move in the three years we have been married!)
On a less stressed note... Tue. was our Third wedding anniversary. It's crazy how fast time flies. I am so grateful for my sweet husband and all he does for me. It has been a crazy three years.
We have moved seven times, Brandon has had His appendix out, then his tonsils, We had a nasty wreck which resulted in a surgery on my ankle and staples for Brandon's head and a road rash on his back, and we lost two babies which also resulted in a small surgery for me. What a life. But I love it!

So our house is ready for the most part to be lived in. We were supposed to close today but you know how that goes! We are hoping for tomorrow but it all depends on the bank! This is my beautiful kitchen. I am so excited, it has so many cupboards and you can see the dishwasher in the lower right hand corner! Ya! I can't hardly stand waiting so long. We are living around the boxes all packed up in our trailer. There are 8 of them and they aren't small ones so you can imagine how crunched we are feeling. I packed away all of my dishes except a few pans and a couple of bowls. We are eating on paper plates and drinking out of plastic cup! It's like camping!!!! The little head is one of the twins! Not sure which one from this angle!

She loves to lay on top of her box but not in it!

She is very loyal and likes to be where ever I am!

She LOVES Brandon!! She gets all excited when he comes home from work!

She has a ball of ribbon she likes to chew on! It's wrapped around the table leg!

Once again on not in the cage! We are really liking having her. She is always so glad to see us even if we leave her. She loves us no matter what! She is really good at sitting. I am trying to teach her to lay down now. That is taking much longer than sit did!

Tink

So I love Tink! I don't know why for sure. It started while I was on my mission, and has continued. My husband supported this habit from the start. For my birthday about 2 weeks after we met he gave me a pair of purple Tink slippers. It has continued since then. I have many pairs of Tink PJ's, shirts, a hat, a snow globe, necklace a lamp and lot's of other things From Brandon and the rest of my families! I am always threatening Brandon with a Tink decorated bathroom. But I have decided that someday when we do get to have a nursery I will do it all Disney!(Tink included)

So this is it! Our very own real house! this is the out side! It's not quite done yet but getting close!

Our bedroom! I know none of these are very clear or give you a great look but and idea! We are so excited. We are hoping we will be moved in in about 2-3 weeks!!! It will be so very nice!!

So this isn't exactly like our house but really close. This is a model so it is the same-ish but furnished. I am so looking forward to having a dishwasher! I know there are a million other reasons to be excited but that is the top I think! We haven't had a dishwasher our entire married life! I am also excited to have a nice kitchen so I can actually cook something! It isn't going to be very big but it will be ours and i can have permanent places for my things instead of living out of boxes! Eventually I will get some real pictures of the house. It was locked last time we went to see it. I am looking forward to

St. Patrick’s Day so we can have a party in our new house! I don't know why but St. Patrick’s Day is one of my favorite holidays! I think it must be the Irish in me!

Ever since I can remember Micheal McLean has been a part of my life. His music is amazing. He writes songs to entertain, to give hope, to heal, and to inspire. In my life it has done all of the above! Some of my favorites are: You’re Not Alone, Together Forever, The Forgotten Carols, Hold on the Light Will Come, and Stay With Me. In the last week or so it has helped me to see that I am not alone, and that my heavenly father loves me more than I can imagine. He has a plan for me! He knows me! He loves all of his children!How thankful I am for that Knowledge!

Soooo...... Like so many people around the world I am a Twilight fan. I read the first book ages ago and then couldn't quit get into the second so I didn't have any interest in reading the rest. When the last book came out I read the end so I could know how it all ended, and that was that! Then... We went to see the movie and it all changed. I have now read all of the books numerous times. I am obsessed! I am now waiting not so patiently for the movie to come out so I can watch it over and over! (I saw the movie in the theatre 4 times!) So if you haven't read these great book you should!!!!

Oh! Ya! I am an Edward fan all the way! I like Jacob also but definitely not as much!

This is our new "baby" so to speak! She is 7 weeks old so still just a baby. So you can tell I love Pride and Prejudice. We are calling her Lizzee! She is so fun to have. She is at that stage she chews everything! Shoe's, Socks, lego's, wood chunks and anything else she can find on the floor are in her mouth. We are really enjoying her. She makes our days happier! Another thing making our days happy is drum role please...... We are getting our house!! We should be moving in the end of this month. Hurray! I am so excited to get all of my stuff out of storage and boxes for good! We have been living out of boxes our whole married life it seems so this will be great! I would like to say to all of you who have been praying for us, feeding us, and caring for us, THANK YOU SO MUCH it has really helped us through the last week!

So it has been awhile since I have posted anything. Life is crazy for us at the moment. Brandon is into school which means homework!! YUCK! He is also teaching parenting classes for work so he is gone Tue. and Wed. nights and has homework to do other nights. We are looking into buying a house in Roosevelt so that is great! It will be nice to be close to work and school for Brandon. I will miss being close to Mom and Dad's but they won't be far. I will also really miss my callings in church I love them both. But I guess I'll get new ones. We have been so blessed already this year. The Lord truly loves and watches over us daily!

Hello all! Brandon and I had a great Christmas! We spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning with the Ercanbrack clan, Then we spent the afternoon with the Nelson's. Santa was very good to us this year as were our families. It was a fun day! We are looking forward to the New Year! Brandon will be in his second semester of his masters program! Only 7 more after this one! I will be doing who Knows what!! Just chillin (and working some with my father in law) ! We hope you all have a great New Year!!

We were married March 10th 2006! We have lived a few places, had a few surgeries and had a lot of fun in the last almost three years. We are now living in Upalco and will be here awhile. Brandon is getting his masters and then we have to stay three years that he owes the state. It is nice to be home close to both of our families!
